Package Room Problems

In case you’re wondering, this is the package room in my building. The riser replacement project found its way into our tiny back room taking up about 40% of our space. We were already playing Santa’s little helpers as we processed hundreds of packages a day. Many of which we did not have sufficient space for even prior to the riser work. At the end of it all, we eventually got the plastic down once the pipes were replaced, insulated and covered up. Not sure how, but we made it work for almost a month.

Being stationed within the package room really tickled me at first. Here’s my first real office! Its carved out of a package room and is still complete with everything I needed to get the job done. Naturally, I find myself helping out with packages as well. The rush during Christmas was something like a nightmare, but we made it work!
